Registration Information (update: 07/05/2012)

Registration is open to PhD students and post-docs working in the field of high energy astrophysics and particle physics. A letter from each registrant's advisor is mandatory to finalize the registration process.

The attendance being limited, a selection of participants will be made at the end of the pre-registration process.

-   Pre-registration are closed.

-   Applications have been reviewed by the Organisation Committee.

-   Notification: Applicants have been individually notified by email of the acceptance or not of their application

Final acceptance implies:

-     Registration: Closed

-     Payment: deadline 15 May 2012

Students and post-docs from France and abroad

The full registration fees amount 1 100 Euros and cover:

·   Accommodation in a single room including breakfast from 02 July to 12 July 2012 included.

  (13 July 2012 is the departure date);

·   Coffee breaks and lunches (except Sunday);

·   Welcome cocktail

·   Tickets for public transport within Paris and

·   Notebook and pencil.

Students and post-docs from the Paris area

Students and researchers from the Paris area are welcome to attend ISAPP Paris 2012. Registration fee are 550 Euros to be paid by their institutions prior to the school. Fees cover above items except accommodation.

Financial support - Fees waiver

Limited funds for fellowship have been attributed. Beneficiaries have been individually notified.

Lecturers and Visitors

Lecturers don’t need to register. Lunches will be covered by the organisers.  Arrangements for travels and accommodation will be made individually.
